About

There is a certain kind of person called to this work both as a client and as a therapist. Someone who senses that healing is not just about changing thoughts but about understanding the deeper layers of being human.

My approach to therapy is shaped by a blend of education, lived experience, and intuition. Each one informs the other. My clinical training provides structure and understanding, while intuition allows me to meet you in the moment and attune to what may not always be said out loud.

Beyond the therapy room, my perspective has been shaped by movement by travel, time spent in different environments, and through connection with diverse cultures and ways of living. These experiences have deepens my respect for the many ways people make meaning of their lives, and the importance of creating space where you can show up fully as you are.

Nature also plays a quiet but important role in my work. Time spent outdoors, along with a natural connection to animals, continues to ground the way I understand regulation, presence, and care. There is something steadying about returning to what is simple, instinctive, and real. That energy carries into the space I hold for clients.

My approach is also influenced by spiritual exploration, including time spent studying within a Buddhist-inspired framework. This has shaped the way I relate to mindfulness, compassion, and the practice of observing. The space that is created is intentional, grounded, and safe. A space where you are not rushed or judged, but met with curiosity, respect, and care.

Therapy with me is not about fitting into a model or being told who to become. It is about creating room for you to understand yourself more deeply, to reconnect with your inner knowing, and to move forward in a way that feels aligned with who you are.

Credentials & Approach

I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Community Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in Modern Dance which is my early foundation for the mind-body integration that continues to shape my work today.

My training includes somatic psychotherapy, dance/movement therapy, and somatic experiencing, with a focus on developing awareness of body sensations as a pathway to healing. This is complemented by experience in contemplative psychology, blending Western clinical frameworks with Eastern perspectives on mindfulness, presence, and compassion.

In addition to psychotherapy, I bring a background in movement and physical health as a certified Pilates instructor, with training in corrective exercise and fitness. This allows me to support clients in understanding not only their emotional patterns, but how those patterns live and move within the body.

I have experience conducting psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic conceptualization, including work with:

-Anxiety, mood, and stress-related conditions

-Trauma and related patterns

-Personality dynamics

-Neurodevelopmental differences

My work often includes collaboration with other providers such as neurologists and primary care physicians to support a more integrated and comprehensive approach to care and advocacy.

I also have experience supporting clients navigating chronic stress, pain, and autoimmune related concerns with an understanding of how these experiences intersect with emotional and psychological wellbeing.

Who I Work Best With:

Adults (25+) who are ready for something deeper than surface-level change. While you may be capable, responsible, and high-functioning, you have a sense that something feels off. You may find yourself navigating anxiety, self-doubt, or periods of disconnection, while also having a knowing there is more available to you than simply getting through the day.

Many of the individuals I work with are in a place where what once worked is no longer sustainable. This work tends to resonate with those who value depth, curiosity, and personal growth.
