Wherever you find yourself, our work together is designed to meet you there while gently guiding you toward greater clarity, stability, and connection.
Foundational 3-Month Program
This offering is designed for those who are ready to move beyond insight alone and begin creating meaningful, lasting change in how they relate to themselves and their lives.
It is a structured, yet flexible process that focuses on building a strong internal foundation that supports clarity, emotional steadiness, and more intentional ways of showing up in your relationships and the world around you.
Over the course of three months, we meet weekly. Each session builds on the last, allowing for steady, intentional growth.
At the center of this is a guided workbook. It includes personalized reflections, assessments, journaling prompts, and practices designed to help you stay connected to the work in a way that feels clear and grounded. Rather than something you complete and set aside, it becomes an ongoing resource you can return to as you continue to grow.
Together, we focus on three core areas:
-Relationship with self
-Relationship with others
-Relationship with the world around you
Each month introduces a grounding practice and mindfulness-based exercise that we return to and build upon over time, allowing it to become something you can carry with you beyond our work together.
This process includes guided reflection through personalized questionnaires, assessments, and journaling prompts, along with collaboratively set, achievable goals that support real life integration. The structure is intentional but not rigid. There is space for choice, adjustment, and responsiveness to what you need in the moment.
Together, we work to not only understand patterns, but to actively shift them. To create rhythms that feel supportive rather than overwhelming. To strengthen your ability to set and maintain clear, healthy boundaries. And to begin practicing new ways of relating to yourself, your time, your energy, and your environment.
There is also a layer of accountability in this work both to yourself and within the therapeutic relationship which helps you stay connected to what you are building, even when it feels challenging.
By the end of this process, many clients find they have a more stable and grounded foundation that allows them to move into deeper therapeutic work, or to continue forward with greater confidence, clarity, and self-trust.

This is a three-month, weekly experiences (12 sessions total).
Investment: $2400 for the full three-month experience

Individual Psychotherapy
For those seeking a more open, ongoing space for exploration and support, individual therapy offers a steady place to deepen your understanding of yourself while navigating life as it unfolds.
Sessions are guided by both structure and presence.
We often begin by slowing down, taking a moment to settle, to notice where you are, and to reconnect with your breath and body. From there, the session unfolds based on what feels most present for you. This may include processing current challenges, explore patterns, or making sense of emotional experiences in a way that feels clear and grounded.
Throughout the session, we gently return to moments of pause, checking in with your internal experience, noticing shifts, and allowing insight to be felt rather than just talked about.
As each session ends, we identify something to carry forward. That may be an intention, point of awareness, or a small, meaningful practice to stay connected to between sessions. This helps bridge the space between our work together and your daily life, allowing growth to continue beyond the therapy room.

Maintenance/Check-ins
For those who have already engaged in deeper therapeutic work and are looking for continued support, maintenance sessions provide a space to stay connected, grounded, and aligned.
These sessions are typically less frequent and offer an opportunity to check in, reflect, and recalibrate as needed. They can be especially supportive during times of transition, stress, or when new challenges arise.
Rather than starting from the beginning, this work builds on the foundation you have already created, helping you maintain progress, reinforce boundaries, and continue integrating what you have learned into your daily life.
