I offer trauma-informed therapy in Houston for adults whoa re ready to gently explore and heal in a way that feels safe, paced, and grounded.
My approach is somatic and mind-body focused, which means we do not rely on talking alone. We will work with both your thoughts and your nervous system. This helps your body to shift from survival states and into a place that is more regulated and stable.
